These terms govern your use of the YMMFit Shopify app and related services. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

YMMFit adds a Year / Make / Model fitment filter and a compatibility badge to your Shopify store, and includes vehicle-fitment reference data. We may also assist with initial setup as agreed.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your Shopify store, its products and its content.
• You must have the right to use any data or images you add through the app.
• You agree to use the app in line with Shopify's terms and applicable law.

Fitment data

YMMFit provides fitment reference data compiled from manufacturer and supplier sources to help shoppers find compatible parts. While we work to keep it accurate, fitment data is provided "as is" and is a guide, not a guarantee. Final compatibility should be confirmed by you and the shopper. We are not liable for a purchase made based on fitment information.

Fees

Any subscription or setup fees are shown before you subscribe, and are billed through Shopify's billing system. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or change features over time.

Cancellation

You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. On uninstall, we delete the data we hold for your store in line with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YMMFit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost sales arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
